DESIGNED FOR

An expansion plate for the SSR-01 Hardpoint. Bag fit depends on its loaded footprint and strap layout.

Give your luggage a wider landing.

Flight Deck adds support area around the Hardpoint for the larger soft bag you bring on longer rides. The wider platform is designed to support more of the bag’s base, with strap positions around the perimeter to help you arrange your load.

  • Space for larger soft luggage. Designed to help accommodate 40L and 60L tail bags, dry bags, and duffels.
  • More places to route your straps. Side slots and slots in the raised edges offer options for positioning tie-downs around your bag.
  • An open-center platform. The frame expands the footprint around the Hardpoint while leaving its center deck visible.
  • Raised front and rear edges. The Rev E design uses 35° flanges with additional strap slots.

Check the setup.

A bag’s liter rating describes its volume, not the shape of its base. Flight Deck is being designed around the needs of larger 40L and 60L soft luggage; final compatibility depends on the bag, its packing, the straps, and the mounted clearances.

Final load guidance and mounting instructions will follow physical testing. Adding deck area does not increase the motorcycle’s or the supporting rack’s permitted load.

Product details

Materials and finish

The current design specifies 1/8-inch 5052-H32 aluminum with a black anodized finish. Black anodized is the only available finish. Production details are subject to validation.

Mounting and compatibility

Rev E is designed to anchor through the Hardpoint’s four corner hook holes. Hardware, mounting instructions, and clearance checks are still to be finalized. Compatibility with the Daily or other racks has not been confirmed.

Development status

The Rev E drawing and formed model are the current design references. Prototype fit checks, bag tests, and riding validation are still ahead. Price and availability will be published before orders open.
